Tamar Kouyoumjian was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert W. Alberts, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Ms. Kouyoumjian served as an extern for the Department of Justice, Tax Division. She later served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Ms. Kouyoumjian is a member of the State Bar of California, the Southern California Inns of Court, the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bankruptcy, the Armenian Bar Association and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).

Ms. Kouyoumjian received her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and her J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, with a concentration in Business Transactions.
