Asa Hami has represented debtors, trustees, lenders, landlords and other creditors in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. He has also represented clients in civil litigation in several practice areas, including lenders in judicial foreclosure and receivership proceedings, judgment creditors in post-judgment collection proceedings and other parties in various commercial disputes.
Asa received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law. Asa served on the board of the Southwestern University Law Review as a lead articles editor. While at Southwestern, Asa was on the Dean’s List and a Dean Merit Scholar each year, and received the Southwestern Law Review’s "Bluebook Award for Outstanding Editing."
